Synopsis[edit]
255 days after Roxas first joined Organization XIII, he is sitting atop the Clock Tower in Twilight Town with Axel. Axel discusses why the sun sets red and Roxas talks about how he has been counting every day since he joined.
Flashing back to day seven, the Dusks stick a peg on Roxas's nose while he's sleeping as a prank. Axel chases them off and takes Roxas to meet up with the other members in the Round Room. Lexaeus and Zexion comment on how Roxas is still dazed. Xemnas announces there is a new, fourteenth member who can wield the Keyblade.
Before Axel embarks on his next mission with Roxas, he notices Roxas looking at the new member. Saïx reveals their name to be Xion. On the mission Roxas's duty is to collect hearts and Axel explains the importance of his job because of his ability to wield the Keyblade. After defeating a number of Heartless, Roxas comments on the ease of the job.
Axel takes Roxas to the top of the Clock Tower and gives him a sea-salt ice cream, the same as he did when Roxas first joined the Organization. He tells him to memorize everything from now on since he is no longer spaced out.
