I can't get both the alt text and link to work, so I've chosen to have the alt text display, since all the symbol means is "when this card is played", and it isn't especially necessary to have the image as a link to the rules page, when that's all it's going to say. Then again, the rules do take a paragraph to clarify exactly what that means, so if anybody thinks it would be better to link it to
