We always go by the Journal name, and the Trinity Archive (the Journal of BBS) refers to them as "Master Eraqus" and "Master Xehanort". I was mistaken when I said it was just to differentiate the Xehanorts; that was not the primary reason. As past experience has shown us, deciding a VA's character based solely on their voice for a trailer is misleading and it's 100% speculation.
