Although I'm inclined to believe that the information is plain wrong. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0tqprlMkso Here] at 5:47, Donald begins non-Final Mix KH2 with 2 accessory slots, 1 armor slot and 2 item slots. That's the same in FM according to [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QO26M1NFjFM&list=PLuko1gQqstwzeYgWwXnj83jqIo7LCvw7A&index=6 this at around 29:52]. I can't find a video of Goofy in original KH2 but in the second video I linked to, he has 1 accessory slot, 2 armor slots and 3 item slots.
