Sweet Surprise
Sweet Surprise (ホーミングランチャー Hōmingu Ranchā, lit. "Homing Launcher") is a technique in Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to fire a giant glob of honey that splits into many smaller projectiles.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts III, Sweet Surprise is one of the max-level Shotlocks of the Hunny Spout Keyblade, requiring 28 locks on several enemies to use. When activated, Sora Formchanges the Keyblade into Hunny Launcher and fires a giant glob of honey at the enemies that then bursts into many smaller honey projectiles, with the giant glob applying a -90% slowdown honey status effect if it hits the enemy, and the smaller projectiles applying a -2% slowdown honey status effect for 8 seconds. Visually, Sora's clothes transform into Guardian Form when using this Shotlock.
