Riku: Difference between revisions

After bringing Kairi to be trained as a Keyblade weilder, Riku listens to Yen Sid's plans to protect the other [[Princesses of Heart|princesses]] and to bring back [[Terra|the]] [[Aqua|lost]] [[Ventus|trio.]] Mickey then reveals that Aqua was with him back when they sealed [[Door to Darkness|the door]], but she sacrificed herself to stop a swarm of Heartless after Riku.[[File:Riku angrily asking Mickey why he never told him about Aqua.png|thumb|left|Riku demands to know why Aqua's sacrifice as kept secret from him]] Hearing this, Riku demands to know why Mickey kept this secret. Yen Sid explains no-one was capable of entering the [[Realm of Darkness]] and saving Aqua at the time. He forbade Mickey from ever telling anyone about Aqua as precaution against reckless rescue attempts; though Riku can understand the severity of the situation, Sora would have cast caution to the wind and jumped at the chance to help.

Mickey then tells Riku that the both of them are now ready to save her and Riku shows eagerness towards this. Kairi teases Riku, saying he is showing a new side to him, saying he is like Sora. Riku talks about how he prefers to follow his heart a lot like Sora. Kairi asks Yen Sid what she can do to help and Yen Sid tells her that she will undergo Keyblade training alongside [[Lea]], under [[Merlin]]'s guidance. After Kairi discovers Lea is the human form of Axel, both Mickey and Riku assure her that he is trustworthy and he even saved Sora. Yen Sid provides Mickey and Riku new clothes from the [[Flora, Fauna and Merryweather]] to shield them from darkness to help prepare them for their trip into the Realm of Darkness. Taking the case with his new gear in it, Riku heads off to save Aqua with Mickey.
