Ice Burst (アイスバースト Aisu Bāsuto), translated as Icy Burst in Kingdom Hearts Union χ, is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to perform a spinning attack that produces ice shards.
Mechanics
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Ice Burst is a Level 5 Finish command exclusive to Aqua. When executed, the user performs a spinning attack and then shoots three Blizzard-type ice projectiles.
Kingdom Hearts Union χ
Icy Burst is a special attack that targets a single enemy. It costs 4 special attack gauges to perform. It lowers the target's defense by 2 tiers for 2 turns. In the Japanese version, it inflicts more damage the higher the player's HP, while in the English version, it inflicts more damage the more special attack gauges are full.
