Fruitball minigame

Fruitball (フルーツスキャッター Furūtsu Sukyattā?, lit. "Fruit Scatter") is a minigame in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep that can be played in Disney Town. In Fruitball, players try to hit fruit into the opponent's goal.

StoryEdit

Kingdom Hearts Birth by SleepEdit

Aqua arrives in Disney Town and is greeted by Pete, posing as the hero Captain Justice. Horace Horsecollar comes running for help as Unversed have taken over the Fruitball court. Pete runs away in fear of battling monsters, and Aqua volunteers to help. After Aqua beats the Unversed in a game of Fruitball, Horace and Minnie come to thank her.

MechanicsEdit

Each Fruitball match takes 3 minutes. During the match, pieces of fruit are dropped on both sides of the centerline. Different actions can be used to send fruit in various directions. Fruit can also be knocked in the air before sending it at the opponent's side. Airborne fruit can be knocked back with a smash when prompted. Fruit will disappear if left alone for 5 seconds. Both sides' goals will move from left to right, and up and down. Occassionally, nets will appear on the centerline, bouncing back fruit that flies against it. Once the time is up, the side with the highest score wins. In the case of a tie, a Sudden Death is held, making the first side to score a point the victor.
