I've seen pictures of someone with the game early(the case and everything) so it was probably someone like that who put it up for download. I won't be providing a link, because I DESPISE piracy(unless it's the swashbucking kind, me hearties!) and most sites WILL ban you for posting it. I do hope Square Enix tracks whoever did down. That $10000+ fine will really screw with them.
