what the heck first you say you guys have a release date for bbs you need to decide wheather it's coming out on may 15 or not

Easy there, we're trying to get a confirmed date, not speculation. Just take it easy and wait, as soon as we see/hear the confirmed release date, we'll put it up. Until then, please be patient; you wouldn't want the article to say (for example): "Release Date: May 15th" with the actual release being June 17th would you? Just take it easy, we'll find out eventually
