And from my perspective, there's too much work on the wiki and not enough staff to cover it. For example, the couple of staff members who do image-editing work are faced with an entire mountain of files that need moving. Additionally, there was a recent error in the site notice and it took nearly two days before an admin fixed it. I'm not blaming the staff for it; they do have lives so I completely understand that they can't always be on the wiki 24/7. However, it does mean that they could do with help to monitor the wiki and fix these things quicker. On that note, I should also point out that there is only one active staff member who frequents the IRC now and I think that there should be staff on the IRC the majority of the time so that there is always someone readily available if a user needs help. Please do correct me if I'm wrong here; due to my timezone, I'm only on the IRC for a certain period of time (usually between school and sleep) so I don't know whether more staff go on the IRC at other times.

Lastly, there's one thing I'd like to address. There's votes "for" and "against" so you're able to vote, whichever opinion you have. Hence, not voting at all just seems lazy, to put it bluntly. If you're unsure, you can ask questions to clarify bits you're unsure about and tell us why you're in two minds. If you don't have time, okay then but I really hope that you can make the time to add your signature to vote at least. If you have no legitimate excuse, it must mean that you don't care. Hence, I encourage everyone to vote and drop in their two cents. {{User:TheFifteenthMember/Sig1}} 17:43, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
