	I want to re-iterate that I only asked this (originally) in part to see if the staff felt they needed the extra help, even if it's temporarily. 			I personally think that it should be FM. He has made so many edits, formats the grammar/writing on each page, and does what the staff members DON'T do. The king (KSM) on the other hand, pretty much takes off where Kyrten left of. He designs the theme, and is basically the "leader" here, doing what staff members should do. Basically, I think of him as a staff member already, but I agree that he should become a staff member.
