This petition is fine and dandy, sometimes ops aren't available all the time. Another op would cover more time. But, if there aren't any ops online and there's someone being harassing or something: don't just let them do it. Copy what they said down (put it on pastebin.com or something), and tell and op when the get online. You could also leave a message on an ops talkpage on the wiki.
