Though that has always been a problem in the past Uxie, I'm confident that this won't be the case THIS TIME. This game would be TOO HUGE for Square to get all stingy at the last minute and keep it in Japan like they've done with the final mixes and mobile games. If they did, they would loose a lot of fans before they could even begin to work on 3. Plus, this isn't just a remake, this is the series's FIRST RELEASE ON PS3 SYSTEMS, that's what everybody, especially us fans here in the US (and the UK gets a shout out too), have been demanding from Square for years. If they keep this in Japan, they may as well keep Final Fantasy X HD, too. Still, now that the month-long gap of news is over, we can all get back to what we do best: waiting for several long agonizing months until we can finally sink our teeth into something worthwhile.
Oh yeah, I need to correct myself. Upon closer inspection of the details given so far, it seems that while KH and ReCoM are getting the full remake treatment, 358/2 Days is probably only going to get representation through the updated cutscenes, so it might not be a full-game as I had originally thought/hoped. Still, I guess this is to be expected, you can only go so far with a game meant for two screens. Still, HD cutscenes would still be nice rather than those deformed polygons from the DS. If they do go along with the other games in a similar manner like I predict/hope, I would imagine a similar thing would be done with Re:Coded, cause as interesting as it was, it probably isn't worth making ANOTHER remake of, just maybe a few more cutscenes...in HD!
