The Firefly is an Axe Sword that can be wielded by Lexaeus in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to Firefly+.

Design

The Firefly's handle has a sky blue tip and a pale yellow spike in its pommel, while the handle itself is red. The counterweight is curved and silver. The blade is sharp and curved and has three curved spikes lining its outer edge. The Firefly is predominantly light blue with silver edges.

A firefly is a type of beetle that can emit light from its abdomen.

Gameplay

The Firefly's ground combo starts with a slow, one-handed upward slash, followed by two identical, but much quicker upward slashes. Lexaeus then leaps into the air while performing a two-handed upward slash, and the combo ends with a powerful, two-handed downward slam.

The aerial combo consists of a two-handed upward slash followed by a powerful, two-handed downward slam.
