In Kingdom Hearts Union χ, Dual Cyclone is a special attack that targets all enemies. It costs 4 special attack gauges to perform. It raises Player's Upright-based strength by 1 tier and lowers the targets' normal defense by 3 tiers for 1 turn. It inflicts more damage in slot 3.
