Dark Spiral is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to drill into their target shrouded by a corona of light.
Mechanics
Dark Spiral is a Friendship command that has a reload time of 5 seconds and fills the Command Gauge by 10%. If an enemy is hit, up to two more charges can be added to the technique by correctly pressing the prompt buttons. If Vanitas uses Dark Spiral or Dark Cannon at the same time as this command is used, a clash will initiate between Vanitas and the user, which is won by quickly rotating 
counterclockwise.
