Chaos Snake

When Sora uses Chaos Snake, he and his Spirits fire a continuous beam of light before finishing with an explosion that fires multiple projectiles.

Chaos Snake (カオススネーク, Kaosu Sunēku) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Chaos Snake is a Shotlock that has a maximum level of 4 and max lock of 20. The attack consists of launching projectiles that zigzag at targets and confuse enemies they hit. After the initial volley, the player can perform extra attacks by pressing rapidly when prompted to fire additional projectiles.

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Chaos Snake is a Dual Attack that drains the Link Gauge by 4.8% per second. The player and Spirits fire a beam of light that deals Neutral damage and can be aimed with . Pressing or emptying the Link Gauge creates a powerful explosion and fires lots of projectiles, both dealing Neutral damage, and ending the Link Attack.

When Terra, Ventus, and Aqua use Chaos Snake, they fire a barrage of zigzagging projectiles.

• Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can obtain Chaos Snake by defeating Captain Justice or Captain Dark in the final round of Fruitball in Disney Town.

• Sora can use Chaos Snake by dual linking with a Physical-attribute and a Water-attribute Spirit.
• Sora can use Chaos Snake by dual linking with a Fire-attribute and a Thunder-attribute Spirit.
• Sora can use Chaos Snake by dual linking with two Water-attribute Spirits.
• Sora can use Chaos Snake by dual linking with two Dark-attribute Spirits.
• Sora can use Chaos Snake by dual linking with a Dark-attribute and a Blizzard-attribute Spirit.
