Blackout
Blackout (ブラックアウト Burakkuauto) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to blind surrounding enemies to stop them from attacking.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Blackout is an Advanced magic command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3 and a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 8%.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Blackout is a magic command that uses one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 16 seconds. It grants +2 to Magic when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.
