I haven't quite got the fine points down, like...when, or where... It just kinda kicks in whenever it wants to.

Kingdom Hearts III

Appearance

Anna is a young, fair-skinned woman with blue eyes, freckles, and auburn hair braided into two pigtails. She has a few streaks of platinum blonde hair. She wears a black-and-blue dress, a magenta cape, a magenta hat, blue mittens, and black boots.

Personality

Origin

Anna first appeared as the protagonist of the 2013 Disney animated film Frozen, voiced by Kristen Bell. She is loosely inspired by Gerda, the main protagonist of Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Snow Queen.

In Frozen, Elsa and Anna were orphaned at a young age when King Agnarr and Queen Iduna died in a seastorm. Anna did not spend much time with Elsa in their childhood due to Elsa fearing her ice powers harming Anna. Years later, on the day of Elsa's coronation as queen, Anna desires to find true love at the party, and she seems to find it in a neighboring prince named Hans. The two intend to get married, which baffles Elsa who thinks Anna should not get married to a man she has only known for one night. Elsa flees Arendelle in fear after accidentally revealing her powers and putting Arendelle in a increasingly dangerous snowstorm. Anna takes it upon herself to locate her sister and find a way to save Arendelle.
