Elizabeth Swann is a fictional character in the Walt Disney Pictures ''Pirates of the Caribbean'' film franchise. She appears in ''{{w|Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl}}'' and its two sequels, ''{{w|Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest}}'' and ''{{w|Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End}}''. She does not, however, appear in ''{{w|Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides}}'', as her actress, Keira Knightley, has retired the role, although Knightley has expressed interest in returning for a possible fifth film.
