Althought you are not entirely wrong, not all Reyvateil can communicate with Wills. As far as I know it only happens on the Third Tower, but I never played the 3rd one so I'm not sure. But you are not wrong cause they can manipulate Waves which are what composes everything in Ar Ciel, so they ahve a small control over it. All thanks to the Towers. | |||
