Ansem the Wise: Difference between revisions

Brought back to the Old Mansion, Ansem begs Xehanort to cease, as he does not wish for more victims. Xehanort is not convinced by Ansem's act, reminding him of all the children that were sacrificed in their research on the heart, as well as his treatment of Roxas and Naminé. Ansem solemnly states he only continues on so he may make amends for not respecting their right to exist. Suddenly, [[Pence]] and [[Hayner]] distract Xehanort; [[Olette]] helps Ansem escape. Hayner attacks Xehanort, only to be tossed the Guardian; he is saved by a handful of Dusks, who attack Xehanort, despite his allegiance to the Organization.

Safely hidden in the underground passage back to town, Ansem remembers the trio as the original versions of the digital friends he gave Roxas. When asked if knows Roxas, an amused Ansem tells the children he knows him very well. However, their conversation is halted by the arrival of [[Vexen]], whom Ansem realizes was the one who sent the [[Dusk]]s to help them. Vexen explains that he became a Nobody again to thwart Xehanort's plans from within his new Organization, explaining that he wishes to atone for his past crimes as well.
