:It's called キーブレード強化, the red button that does the trick is labeled 強化する. :"Keyblade Enhancement" (or poss. "Keyblade Reinforcement", but I get a slightly clunky vibe off that one. I dunno, maybe the aesthetic of how they do it makes more sense for it to be reinforcement).
