Jack Sparrow: Difference between revisions

Jack was once the captain of the Black Pearl after making a deal with a cursed pirate named Davy Jones the captain of the Flying Dutchman. However, a mutiny took place against Sparrow, and his first mate, Hector Barbosa took over as captain. His firsts order were to have Jack marooned on a desert island with no hope of escape, then execute anyone who sided with Jack during the mutiny. One crew mate, "Bootstrap" Bill Turner suffered the worst fate: strapped to a cannon and dumped into the sea, but his life was spared by Davy Jones. Meanwhile, Jack Sparrow escaped the island three days later thanks to the help of the local rum runners, but he spread the rumor about him escaping by using sea turtles as a raft.
