<!--This is ONE SHORT SCENE, it should be a sentence or three at most.

Through the power of the [[Book of Prophecies]], King Mickey is brought to a point in the past before the start of the [[Keyblade War]], although he and his friends don't seem to realize this time warp. He arrives in [[Daybreak Town]] via a [[Star Shard]] and destroys a group of Heartless that are surrounding the player. After introducing himself, King Mickey reveals that he had come in search of Donald and Goofy. The player then explains that they had come across Donald and Goofy, who had become stranded in Daybreak Town and needed to build themselves a [[Gummi Ship]] in order to return home. However, as they didn’t have any weapons on their person to defeat the Heartless with the Gummy Blocks that they need, the player had offered their help and defeated numerous Heartless for Donald and Goofy. Although the two were only able to create what resembled a car and a boat out of the retrieved Gummi Blocks, Donald and Goofy signified that they needed King Mickey’s help in order to complete a proper design for a Gummy Ship. The Player continued defeating Heartless and collecting Gummy Blocks until they found themselves helpless and surrounded by Wizard Heartless when King Mickey suddenly appeared from the sky and defeated the Heartless.

When [[Sora]] comes from the future using a door in the Hall of the Cornerstone, he, along with the future versions of [[Donald Duck]] and [[Goofy]], mistake Mickey for being himself from the future. Four times, Mickey appears at scenes of trouble, either in peril (or appearing to be so), saving the day, or both. On one such occasion, his house is attacked by hordes of Heartless and a mini black hole that sucks up all his furniture. After each time Sora helps him out, Mickey shakes his hand and leads him to another scene of peril.
After explaining the situation, King Mickey thanks the player but admits that he is not very well versed in creating Gummy Ships either. Luckily, Mickey had brought Chip and Dale alongside him, and so when the player guides them to Donald and Goofy, Chip and Dale are able to manufacture a Gummi Ship from all the Gummy Blocks that the player had collected.

At some point, Mickey gains knowledge of the Keyblade and begins to study them, as well as how to travel to other worlds. Eventually, he travels to [[Country of the Musketeers]] to solve a problem, along with Donald and Goofy. Though his skills with a sword are not excellent, he nevertheless doesn't give up on his duty and continues to fight for everything that defines a Musketeer. His task while here is to protect Minnie, who would eventually join him in ruling over Disney Castle.
When left alone in the market place, Mickey thinks about how he had originally thought the Star Shard had been what led him to Daybreak Town. Now, he is not so sure. King Mickey’s attention is then brought to the Anguis Foreteller standing on a nearby rooftop. Chip and Dale manage to finish the Gummi Ship and are about to leave when they realize that King Mickey isn’t with them – only for him to show up suddenly and thank the player for all their help before they take off and return to their own world and time. -->

At a later point in time, he finds his way to the [[Mysterious Tower]], where Master Yen Sid takes him in as an apprentice. One day, Master Yen Sid leaves his sorcerer's hat out and Mickey places it on his head, casting spells of all types. By enchanting the brooms, he has them do his chores and eventually decides to take a nap, only to awaken and find that the spell has gone horribly wrong and chaos is running rampant, with the entire tower flooded.
