Corridors of Darkness: Difference between revisions

'''Corridors of Darkness''' are pathways of [[darkness]] that link the worlds of the [[Kingdom Hearts]] universe together. The [[Heartless]] use these extensively to reach other worlds, as do many other characters. [[Organization XIII]] and its subordinate [[Nobodies]] utilize these pathways, because they can use the darkness without fear of its corrupting effects on the [[heart]] since Nobodies have no hearts. Other characters who have used these corridors include [[Sora]], [[Donald]], [[Goofy]], [[Riku]], [[Kairi]], [[Naminé]], [[DiZ]], [[Pluto]] and [[King Mickey]]. Of these, only Riku, Naminé and DiZ have been responsible for summoning the portals, and it has been suggested that one must have a strong heart to resist the overwhelming darkness which threatens the user of dark powers. If you don't have a strong heart, you need a vessel to protect yourself from losing your heart or being drained of your own life energy. It seems those who use the Corridors regularly gain a [[Black Cloak]] as a symbol of their ability to resist the corruption.

 

*If one who has a heart uses the corridor, it will [[Secret Ansem Reports | corrode the heart]] until nothing is left.  Presumably turning that person into a nobody without a heartless.
