The original Cid Highwind, while he had a good heart, constantly swore or said foul words (such as when Cloud and AVALANCHE first meet him, he offers his brand of hospitality with his infamous line: "Sit your ass down in that chair and drink your goddamn TEA!"). Otherwise, his foul language would appear as symbols, as is usual for swear word text in other media. His toothpick here was a sometimes-lighted cigarette in the original. | |||
