:::Could it not have been Ansem the Wise who set the password? And is it not possible that ''he'' is the one who knew the identity of the Princesses of Light, even if Xehanort didn't? After all, we've only seen Xemnas access that computer once, and it was using a disc and a different password. On the other hand, Xehanort would have to have known the password at some point in order to bring back the MCP. In either case, it wouldn't matter what Maleficent and her company knew, because Maleficent wasn't working ''with'' Xehanort, only influenced by him. He was using her, but he wasn't necessarily with her. So it's very possible that Xehanort knew the identities of all seven princesses while Maleficent didn't and was trying to figure them out, and equally possible that Maleficent knew the identities of the princesses while leaving some in her group (like Hook) in the dark. Additionally, the Report referenced would have been written about nine years before the first game.
