::::Because in Halloween Town nearly everybody are undead, probably a lot of them don't even have a heart, Jack for sure don't have one, since he is a skeleton, for this they don't attack the people, we see this even in 358 and in KH2, in 358 we see an Hover Ghost go away totally ignoring Jack, and in KH2 when the Mayor is scared, they totally ignore him to play with the gift, . Sora in other hand became a vampire, the vampires have organs, and this mean the heart too, so they attack Sora. I interpretated the thing in this way.<br> | |||
