I'm going to assume by "Gal with the throwing knives", you're talking about Larxene. Those knives are called kunai, by the way. And not a chance in her case. Her Nobody form was desintegrated in 'Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories', which means she wouldn't have any chance to regenerate into a human, unless Nomura put another spin on the series, which is completely liable.
