:Since Wikia allows for wiki's under it to administer their own policy as long as it stands by Wikia guidelines, I personally think our talk archive practice is pretty much in good standing, plus it's pretty much a courtesy to other users who would like to refer back to the messages they left in other user's talk pages. If our community wants it, we might have it in writing pretty soon, though.
