When [[Sora]], Donald and Goofy where on their way to [[Atlantica]], (or [[Halloween Town]] depending on the players choice), Monstro comes and swallowes their [[Gummi Ship]] whole, and inside its mouth they are reunited with Pinocchio and meet his father Geppeto, soon after Pinocchio ran off into Monstro's vowels to play a game of catch but he was instead kidnapped by [[Riku]] who then was taken by the [[Parasite Cage]] who attempted to steal the puppet's heart and so Riku and Sora joined forces to destroy it and after rescuing him Riku kidnaps him again and takes him into Monstro's stomach to steal his heart and when it appears Riku has succeded Jiminy rushes towards the now unconcious Pinocchio, but thanks to his compassion towards him he manages to bring Pinocchio back and Sora and the others destroy the Parasite Cage once and for all. | |||
Soon after leaving Monstro, Pinocchio and Geppeto are relocated to Traverse Town thanks to Leon, and by the end of the game Pinocchio is seen in the credits with his father but now he has become a real human boy. | |||
