Terra using Windcutter
Windcutter (ウインドカッター Uindo Kattā) is an ultimate attack command exclusive to Terra in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. When using Windcutter, Terra uses a spinning attack that creates a whirlwind to pick up foes and send them flying.
Mechanics
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Windcutter uses one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 5, a normal reload time of 20 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 20%.
Learning Windcutter
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Terra can create Windcutter through Command Melding.
- Terra can acquire Windcutter from a chest found in Twister Trench.
- Terra can buy Windcutter from the Moogle Shop for 1500 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
