Draw is an ability that, as the name implies, draws in nearby orbs. The more you have on, the bigger the range.
Jack Sparrow has three of these abilities on (which is fitting for a pirate). Also, his world's Keyblade, Follow the Wind, has Draw as well.
For leveling up the Master Form, Draw makes it easier to gain experience, since the drive orbs can be gathered from further away. Draw serves a similar purpose when training at the Olympus Coliseum.
Draw is also very similar to an ability in Kingdom Hearts called Treasure Magnet.
In 100 Acre Wood, it is possible to obtain the accessory Draw Ring at Rabbit's house.
