The Toon Board is one of the Command Boards that appeared in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. The rivals on this board are Queen Minnie and Pete, with the latter as Captain Justice if you are playing as Ventus or Aqua, or Captain Dark if you are playing as Terra.
If you step on a special panel, Chip and Dale will run into the scene holding fireworks, and will crash into each other. The fireworks will launch into the sky and explode as they knock each other out. The ammount of GP earned will be 200 plus another 200 for each panel you own.
