The Genji Shield (源氏の盾 Genji no Tate?) is one of Goofy's shields. It is of moderate strength.

Design

The Kingdom Hearts Genji Shield is shaped like an elongated octagon with slightly rounded, thick, blue edges. Each of its corners is decorated by orange and white stripes. The face of the shield is light pink and has several thin, horizontal, black lines on it. A large, circular symbol is adorned in the center of the shield’s face. Etymology

It is named after the Genji equipment that appears in many Final Fantasy games, that are commonly dropped by the warrior Gilgamesh.
