Dearly Beloved is a recurring piece of Music played in the Kingdom Hearts series. It appears mainly in the starting option, and well as the end of battle reports in Kingdom Hearts (available only in Proud mode) and Kingdom Hearts II. It is composed by Yoko Shimomura, and was played solely on piano in the Kingdom Hearts version, but was turned into an orchestral piece by the time Kingdom Hearts II was released (the piano still remains dominant though). It has appeared in every Kingdom Hearts game thus far, including Chain of Memories, and could be considered somewhat of a theme to the series as a whole.
