The Balloon Letter is an item in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It can be used to restore the D-Link Gauge.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, a Balloon Letter is an item command that fully restores the D-Link Gauge. One slot in the Command Deck can hold three Balloon Letters.

- Terra: Chest at the Vault, chest at the Mysterious Tower.
- Ventus: Chest in the Wardrobe Room, chest at the Gates, chest in the Jungle Clearing.
- Aqua: Chest at the Vault, chest at the Waterside, chest in the Control Room, chest at the Middle Zone[KH BbS FM].
