The Balloon Letter is an item in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It can be used to restore the D-Link Gauge.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, a Balloon Letter is an item command that fully restores the D-Link Gauge. One slot in the Command Deck can hold three Balloon Letters.
