Confusion Strike (コンフュストライク Konfu Sutoraiku?, lit. "Confu Strike"), also localized as Confusing Strike, is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to perform a spinning attack that will confuse some foes.

Mechanics

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Confusion Strike is a Basic attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3, a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 25%.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Confusing Strike is an attack command that uses one slot in the Command Deck, and has a reload time of 14 seconds.

Learning Confusion Strike

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

  • Aqua can obtain Confusion Strike in a chest in Maleficent's Throne Room.
  • Terra, Aqua, and Ventus can create Confusion Strike through Command Melding.
  • Confusion Strike can also be bought from the Moogle Shop for 450 munny once the command has already been obtained elsewhere.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

  • Has been renamed Confusing Strike
  • Confusing Strike can be obtained from the Komory Bat's Ability Link.

Confusion Strike is an Basic-class Attack Command that can be melded through three different recipes, listed in the Attack Recipe.

  • The first recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type O recipe, that has a 100% success rate.
  • The second recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type G recipe, that has a 100% success rate.
  • The third recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, Aqua, and is a type K recipe, that has a 100% success rate.
