Blizzard Lord and Volcanic Lord
The Blizzard Lord (ブリザードロード Burizādorōdo) is a boss from Kingdom Hearts II.
The corpulent Heartless known as the Blizzard Lord was one of the two Heartless that Pete summons to battle Sora at the palace gates of Agrabah, but only during the first visit. It teams up with the Volcanic Lord and casts Blizzard magic, but is weak against Fire magic. It is master of the Icy Cubes. The Blizzard Lord is similar in appearance to a sultan and levitates in battle.
The Blizzard Lord is also virtually unaffected by blizzard magic, due to its relationship with the element.

Kingdom Hearts II
A Heartless called forth by greedy Pete in Agrabah. It appeared with Volcanic Lord.
It was weak against fire, but it tormented Sora and his friends with its use of ice.
This heartless has a relationship with the heartless Icy Cube who appears in Agrabah. He works with the Volcanic Lord when Sora battles it at the palace gates.
Strategy
Before the battle, equip a lot of aerial moves and the Hero's Crest Key Blade (the bosses are always in the air). The Blizzard Lord teams up with the Volcanic Lord in this battle. Be careful of his large attacks, because they can do big damage. Also, his ice breath can freeze you and your allies solid. However, he is only available for a reaction command at this time. Never cast Blizzard because it will almost do nothing to him. Thunder is quite effective and can take a considerable amount of health off him. Try not to be too defensive, mainly go for the attacks. It does not really matter who you defeat first. Also try using reaction commands to ram Blizzard Lord or Volcanic Lord into each other, as this stuns and damages them, providing a great opportunity to attack. When he takes a lot of damage, he will divide into a small army of Icy Cube heartless. Defeat these quickly and turn your attention to Volcanic Lord, as it takes awhile for him to form back together.
