Command Conversion is a method of gaining new commands Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. By stacking up two commands in the Command Matrix screen, the player might power up the first command by increasing its level, or gain an entirely new command if the two command corresponds with each other. However, unlike Command Meld, the player can see and use the result of the conversed command without actually combining the two supplementary commands first. To actually combine the two supplementary commands, the player has to increase all 3 commands's Command Points or CP for short. CPs are gained by defeating enemies, for every enemies defeated 4 CPs are gained for each commands. And when a command received enough CP, the small gauge on the right of the command will turn into an exclamation mark (!), which means the command is ready for conversion. As mentioned before, command conversion can be used to level up commands, the maximum level a command can gain is 100 and is marked by a crown.
