 I paid close attention to all versions of Dearly Beloved from KHI right up to the Days version and I can only say this about the changes :
- KHI's was the basic theme.
- In Chain of Memories and KHII they added the melodic theme from Always on My Mind, the song played when Sora seals the Door to Darkness with Mickey on the other side.
- Days has the most changes - it actually starts with the theme from Always on My Mind.
There hasn't been any pitch change whatsoever ; all of them are on the same key (E flat). But how am I ever going to explain this in layman terms...
