:In my opinion, the main title should go to the subject that would be most familiar with readers. Therefore, I would give precedence to techniques over items since I'd imagine more people search for "Vortex" than "Vortex (lance)", although that's debatable. Right now, we have Vortex as the ability but Vortex (Lance) as the item, contrasted with Glacier and Deep Freeze as the items and Glacier (Command) and Deep Freeze (Command) as the abilities. Also, Balloon as the ability, and Balloon (item) as the item. There's also Explosion, which has three different, similar abilities all parsed, with no clear reason why they aren't one single article.
