The Shadow Roxas is an enemy fought near the end of Roxas' story in Kingdom Hearts II. When investigating the Seven Wonders of Twilight Town, Roxas checks up on the "Doppelgänger" myth, and a Heartless-like clone of himself pops out and engages in battle with him.
The Shadow Roxas resembles Roxas (with the exception of being all black with no face), and uses a Struggle Bats.
