The Save the King (セイヴザキング Seivu za Kingu ) shield has been Goofy's ultimate weapon throughout the Kingdom Hearts series, however the method of obtaining it differs from game to game. Donald has a similarly named weapon, the Save the Queen.

Trivia
- Unlike Save the Queen, there is no Final Fantasy weapon with the same name.
- The Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix version of the Save the King+ features a different color scheme, black and red in place of the blue and gold of the standard Save the King.
