[[Sora]] obtained the Kingdom Key during the destruction of the [[Destiny Islands]].  [[Mickey Mouse]] uses a similar weapon (the Kingdom Key with a gold handle and silver blade rather than vice versa), but how he obtained it is not known (from some comments of [[DiZ]] in [[Kingdom Hearts II]] it is thought that his Keyblade is that of the dark realm and he found it during his time there).
