Radiant Garden is the true name of Hollow Bastion from the time of Ansem the Wise.
It regains it's name in Kingdom Hearts 2 after Tron finds a record of it in the computer's database and shows everyone what the town looked like when it started out. Everyone from Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastion remembers the name.
It is in all three Kingdom Hearts games
