In order to obtain it, you must use Gravity magic on a White Mushroom when it floats in the air, three times, though this can only be accomplished in [[Agrabah]]. If you show it and the other six Arts to [[Merlin]], he will give Goofy the [[Dream Shield]]. Its resell value is merely 250 Munny.
